Registered Office & Location of Statutory Records & Index of Member
Every company registered in Singapore must have its registered office in Singapore and this is the address where official documents and government correspondence are served. The location of Statutory Records and Index of Members is the place where the company’s statutory records are maintained. It need not be the same address as the company’s registered office, as often, the Statutory Records and Index of Members will be situated at the address of the Corporate Secretarial Agent.

A Representative Office in Singapore must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by the IES or MAS. It is not allowed to carry on any business activities. It is strictly for promotion and liaison purposes carried out on behalf of its parent company.
